Job Description:

DESIGNATION: Executive/Asst. Manager (Rubber Technology) 

SKILLS REQUIRED:
 * R & D professionals with good exposure in Belts ;Hoses ; Tyre & Rubber industry.

ROLE:
 1.Designing of compound .

2.Validation and implementation of designed compound in consultation with HOD.

3.Process trouble shooting wrt compound in mixing & hose manufacturing area.

4.Daily monitoring of compound wrt test results and its disposal.

5.Contigency plan for hose compound incritical situation .

6.Hose manufacturing process design.

7.Process trouble shooting of hose manufacturing area.

8.APQP for new customer and product.

9.Co-ordination with relevant department.

10.Six-sigma projects to carry forward.

11.Attending customer complaint. 

12.Maintaining & updation of relevant documents and records
